This role involves working as part of the Business Support Service based within the Adults Wellbeing and Culture Directorate. The position is to provide and deliver comprehensive business supporttoourspecialistsocialcareteams.
This postoffers the opportunity to work closely with
Adult Social Care Professionals alongwith a variety ofinternalcolleaguesand external partners, all providing vital support topeople withinour community.
The duties include (but are not limited to)
- Dealing withsafeguardingenquiresand requests from both internal and external customers ensuring that a high standard of customer service isalways delivered.
- Minute taking in a highly confidential, multi-team environment.
- Updatingcustomerrecords, on various systems.
- Work within Data Protection guidelines, handling sensitive and confidential data.
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing administrative support in a busy office, be well organised and flexible,have excellent customer service skills and experience of working to conflicting deadlines. We are looking for a hardworking and conscientious person to work in a busy environment, providing an essential and valuable service to our customers.
