About the role
At Balfour Beatty,we'relooking for a highly organised Project Co-Ordinatorto support the successful delivery of our projects across Scotland. Basedfromour Head Office at Maxim Park, Motherwell, on a hybrid working pattern, this role will provide administrative and co-ordination support to project teams, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day project activities.
Please note:As projects progress, travel to project locations in the Falkirk - Glasgow area may berequiredto support site activities and engage with key stakeholders. Flexibility and a willingness to travel are therefore essential.
What you'll be doing- Providing administrative support to project teams to ensure efficient project delivery
- Managing incoming emails,callsand correspondence on behalf of the team
- Maintainingaccurateelectronic and paper filing systems
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes where required
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements in line with company policy
- Managing diaries and schedules tooptimiseteam productivity
- Preparing documents, spreadsheets and presentations using Microsoft Office 365
- Processing expenses and supporting other project-related administration
- Supporting project inductions and site requirements as required
- Ensuring project documentation is accurate, controlled and up to date
- Assisting with project reporting and general office administration
- Supporting colleagues during periods of absence or increased workload
- Previous administration, projectsupportor project co-ordination experience
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Able to work independently, using initiative and sound judgement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A collaborative approach with a willingness to support the wider team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel,Outlook and Power Point
- Flexible and willing to travel to Falkirk or Glasgow project locations when required
- Full UK driving license
