Hours per week: 35 hours (Full-time)
Working pattern: Typically Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend working.
About This RoleYou’ll be responsible for administering student records and related processes from registration through to graduation across current and future programmes offered by the Institute.
You’ll administer Student Finance England (SFE) funding processes, including annual course set-up, student registration and attendance confirmations. You’ll also support the implementation of record management procedures, including enrolment, while ensuring compliance with Institute and validating partner regulations and policies.
What You'll Need- Demonstrable experience of undertaking administration within higher education (HE) or an equivalent environment.
- Experience of working with a range of office software, ideally Microsoft 365.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing workloads.
- The ability to work independently, use initiative and consistently maintain a high standard of work.
