Enniskillen, hybrid working - 2 days in office Vickerstock are working in partnership with a large public sector organisation on the recruitment of an Administrator Person Specification Minimum 2 years experience in a strategically-focused Administrative role - e.g. Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar Strong Excel & Microsoft skills Staff management experience is essential Previous stakeholder management experience Experience working across a range of teams and functions within a business Business qualifications are desirable but not necessary Proactive mindset Right to work in UK Your new role as Administrator Take part in continuous improvement plans for the business Work closely with internal and external teams Prepare presentations, reports and memos Perform research for Senior Management Assist in Staff Management Monitor and evaluate the company's performance against strategic business plans Work directly with Senior Management and C-Suite Administrative duties Management & prioritisation of your own workload Interested?
