Temp Executive (Grant Administration & Programme Support)
Salary: Up to S $3,600/month (depending on qualifications and experience)
Contract: Immediate to 31 March 2027 (Potential for extension)
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Hybrid work arrangement (3 days Work from Office, 2 days Work from Home)

You will support the administration and coordination of academic grant programmes and funded initiatives by working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Review grant applications and supporting documents according to funding guidelines and assessment criteria.
Coordinate the grant review and approval process within established timelines.
Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding grant enquiries and programme administration.
Support grant variation and extension requests, ensuring compliance with funding policies and governance requirements.
Monitor grant progress, financial reporting and project deliverables.
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of grant progress reports.
Coordinate meetings, review sessions and programme-related activities.
Support departmental projects, events and other administrative duties as assigned.
Degree in any discipline.
At least 2–3 years of relevant administrative, programme coordination or grant administration experience.
Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience in grants, research administration or project management will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team
