Are you a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships across multiple locations? We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join One School Global UK. This is a home-based role supporting the Regional Principal and providing high-level executive assistance across several campuses. The successful candidate will be required to undertake ad hoc travel, including overnight stays, across campuses in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Midlands region, as well as attending Regional Support Office meetings and events as required.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll act as a trusted partner to the Regional Principal, ensuring the smooth coordination of diaries, meetings, communications, projects and campus visits. You'll be someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, maintain absolute confidentiality and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation. About You You will:
Have previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administration experience Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Be confident managing complex diaries, travel arrangements and competing priorities Be able to work independently and use initiative with minimal supervision Have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Be comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information Be able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels Thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines Be willing and able to travel regularly, including overnight stays

Desirable Experience working within an education environment Experience supporting senior leaders within a multi-site organisation Understanding of budgeting, reporting and project coordination activities

Key Responsibilities Provide high-level executive support to the Regional Principal Manage complex diaries, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and meeting documentation Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Regional Principal Coordinate projects, programmes and action plans across the region Act as a key point of contact between the Regional Principal and internal and external stakeholders Organise campus visits, meetings, events and overnight accommodation Attend regional meetings and campus visits, providing executive support as required Take accurate meeting minutes and track actions through to completion Monitor key administrative processes, systems and reporting requirements Assist with budget monitoring, finance administration and expense management Maintain accurate electronic records, databases and filing systems Support the Regional Principal with strategic and operational initiatives across the region We Offer Competitive salary Staff laptop Workplace pension scheme Staff Referral Scheme Ongoing professional development opportunities A varied and rewarding role with significant autonomy and responsibility At One School Global, our culture is built on strong values, collaboration and continuous improvement.
