Location:
Uxbridge, Middlesex Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (1 day per week working from home post-probation) Join our family of care homes as an Executive Assistant to Directors, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting a family of Directors. This position is ideal for a self-motivated, values-driven individual looking to make a positive impact in a supportive and friendly company. Our ethos focuses on providing quality care while ensuring privacy, dignity, and choice for our residents.
Day-to-day of the role:
Manage email inboxes and diaries for Directors, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation. Undertake senior-level administrative and secretarial tasks. Draft and review executive correspondence for internal and external distribution. Assist with legal documentation, including reviewing contracts and maintaining compliance records. Oversee business projects and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders. Handle calls and respond on behalf of the Directors or redirect as appropriate.
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for events. Arrange company events, dinners, and public appearances. Manage personal appointments and household administration for the Directors. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Proven professional experience in an EA/PA role supporting senior executives. Strong drafting and written communication skills. Excellent organisational, workload, and diary management skills. Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite. Legal experience or familiarity with legal documentation and procedures is highly desirable. Degree-level education is preferable. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
