Overview
C&C Search is currently recruiting a Personal Assistant to support senior Partners within a boutique deal advisory firm, based in London. This opportunity offers excellent exposure, strong development potential.

SalarySalary: £45,000- £55,000 (dependent on experience)
Hybrid set-up4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

Key responsibilities for this position- Full diary management for Partners
- Global travel coordination and complex scheduling
- Preparation of documents, reports and presentations
- Inbox management and professional communication support
- Expense management and reconciliation
- Recruitment administration, including screening high volumes of CVs, maintaining trackers, liaising with internal stakeholders and providing feedback to recruiters
- Supporting internal and external events, including socials, private dining and senior leadership events
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Providing general support to a Senior Executive Assistant and wider team
- Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders as an EA
- Experience with in advisory, transaction services, private equity or similar fast-paced environments
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident diary management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A proactive, adaptable and collaborative team player
