Service Scheduling Co-Ordinator

About the role Are you a master of organisation with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Join our dynamic team as a Scheduling Co-Ordinator, where you'll play a vital role in planning and managing engineering schedules across the UK and Ireland. Always ensuring business KPIs are met, whilst maintaining a high-quality standard of customer service and delivery. What Youll Be Doing Scheduling of remote based service and repair engineers across the UK and Ireland Efficiently schedule the service engineers day to day routes, adhering to the company SLA policy Work towards stipulated KPI targets to achieve maximum productivity Manage telephone and email communication Where required, arrange the engineers accommodation Communicate with the internal and external teams to achieve the best possible experience for our customers Follow and adhere to the scheduling procedures & guidelines, as laid out by the Senior Scheduler

What Were Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Previous experience in logistics or scheduling Excellent planning and organisational abilities Clear and confident communication style Ability to prioritise under pressure and manage multiple tasks A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail Team player with a customer-first attitude Desirable Familiarity with Infor LN or similar scheduling software About Kingspan Light, Air  Water Kingspan Light, Air  Water is a global division of the Kingspan Group, operating across 20 countries worldwide.
