About the roleThe post-holder will provide administrative support for the Executive Programmes admissions process, helping to ensure applications are managed accurately and efficiently from initial application through to participant onboarding. They will maintain admissions records and databases, coordinate interviews, process confirmed admissions decisions and offers, and support due-diligence checks and pre-programme communications.
The post-holder will provide a high standard of service to applicants, responding to enquiries and working with faculty and colleagues across the School. They will also compile admissions information and reports, manage competing priorities during peak periods and contribute to improvements in admissions administration, documentation and applicant communications.
About youYou will have relevant experience in admissions, recruitment, outreach or a similar external-facing role, together with excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills. You will be able to manage multiple work streams, prioritise your workload and work independently to meet deadlines, while using initiative appropriately and knowing when to refer non-routine matters.
You will provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally and diplomatically with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will have strong attention to detail, good numeracy skills and excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience managing complex data and databases. You will handle confidential information with discretion and be educated to A-level standard or equivalent, or have equivalent relevant administrative experience.

Salary (£) :
Grade 5: £32,108 - £37,338 per annum, dependent on experience
