You will also play an important role in resolving customer issues, ensuring deadlines are met and delivering a high-quality service at every stage of the customer journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience of working to targets and managing competing priorities in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in using databases and maintaining data accurately.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including experience supporting large-scale mailouts and document management.
  • Level 2 qualifications, including English and Maths.

  • Experience working within a housing management, property or social housing environment.
  • Experience of taking minutes and supporting formal meetings.
  • Experience maintaining customer records using CRM or housing management systems such as Zoho.
  • Knowledge of shared ownership, resales or staircasing processes.
  • Experience supporting process improvements and ensuring documentation remains up to date and compliant.
