Part Time Secretary

Part Time Secretary (MAINLY REMOTE)
15 - 20 per hour
10 hours per week (Flexibility when these hours are worked)
Some travel to Atherstone will be required

Then this is the role for you! We are currently working with a charitable organisation who is looking to bring in a Secretary to support one of the Senior Leadership team. This role is mainly remote but will require travel to their site in Atherstone on occasion in a rural location so you must drive for this role.

So what would you be doing?
- Attending meetings both virtually and in person
- Note & minute taking
- Creating agendas & supporting paperwork for meetings
- Proof reading documents
- General day to day administrative tasks

And what experience do you need?
- At least 2 years in an Administrative or Secretarial position

- Experience with minute taking
- Driving licence & own vehicle
- IT literate

But what do you get?
