Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment? You will support legal advisors by handling high volumes of admin, calls and documentation, ensuring efficient service delivery. This role is key to maintaining profitability through effective support. You will work across busy legal teams, providing essential day-to-day assistance.

• Managing calls, correspondence and documents
• Typing attendance notes and letters
• Opening and maintaining client files
• Providing admin support to legal advisors

• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent typing and accuracy
• Ability to manage high workloads
• Effective communication skills

• Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities
• For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities
