Salary: £25,000–£27,000 depending on experience and/or qualifications

The Best Connection Group Limited is looking for a highly motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our established team in Bromsgrove.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our facilities department and helping to manage a portfolio of around 90 properties across the UK.

You’ll be someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in providing excellent customer service and can confidently juggle competing priorities in a busy environment.

🔧 What will you be doing?

As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll help ensure our properties, systems and processes operate effectively every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Facilities department with the management of our UK property portfolio
Responding to property-related queries and ensuring they receive appropriate, timely action
Helping to ensure facilities requirements and processes are managed effectively
Communicating with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders
Prioritising tasks and managing multiple requests efficiently
Providing a high standard of customer service across the business⭐ What we're looking for

Essential:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong IT skills, including standard Microsoft Office applications or equivalent
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to prioritise effectively
The ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure

Desirable:

Previous experience within a facilities or property department

Monday to Friday
Up to 37.5 hours per week
1-hour lunch break each day

Office based with the option of 1 day working from home after qualifying period
