Average of 18 hours per week. One week will require the candidate to work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with the following week's requirement being to work Thursday and Friday. This two week cycle then repeats.

The role will be office-based for the initial training, after which time working from home will be considered
Pay Rate: £16.53PH
Our Client is hiring for a reputed client, offering a friendly, supportive opportunity within an office-based environment in Armagh. This part-time role averages 18 hours per week on a repeating two‑week cycle, with initial training in the office followed by consideration of working from home
.
- Check and complete sales invoices, including creating credit notes
- Manage the receipt and coding of income
- Provide general office administration and clerical support, including typing and preparing letters, minutes and notes
- Support the section by collating factual data and statistical information from various sources
- Supervise administrative activities, including training, redeploying work to cover absences, advising on procedures and authorising documentation
- Provide administrative support using a range of IT tools (databases, spreadsheets, email, intranet and internet)
- Help support Education Authority officers, customers, the public and other professionals with agreed aspects of the service
- Deliver customer service via telephone and, where required, direct customer-facing support
- At least one year in an office-based administrative role
- Confidence handling admin tasks accurately (invoicing, documentation, income coding)
- A calm, helpful approach when supporting colleagues and engaging with customers and the public
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with information and data from multiple sources
- Good working knowledge of common IT tools used in day‑to‑day administration
- Pay: £16.53 per hour
- Working pattern: Office-based for initial training; WFH may be considered after training
