Office Administrator/ Coordinator
ADMINSTRATOR & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Communications: Handling client enquiries and appointments via the company's communication channels like Whatsapp & Instagram.
Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintaining filing systems and data entry. Reports generation for company analytics. Updating company internal files.
Scheduling: Organizing meetings and coordinating calendars for appointments for floor staffs and e-commerce campaigns.
HR & Finance Support: Assisting with employee onboarding, tracking leave and scheduling. Handling CPF submissions and salary count.
Digital Systems & Platform Management:
Maintaining and updating company platforms such as Fresha, including service listings, pricing, booking settings, and other operational information.
Requirements:
1. Have to be Chinese speaking, as floor staffs are not proficient in English.
2. Familiar with platforms such as Tik Tok and Instagram, with an interest in keeping up with social media trends, new features, digital tools and evolving technology. This is because we work heavily with AI.
3. Looking for full time applicants with relevant experience only.
4. Work From Home Thurs, Friday & Saturday (Half Day). In house for 3 days (Mon to Wed).
5. No min entry educational level. We do not place strong emphasis on academic qualifications; we value discipline, responsibility, a good work attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and contribute.
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 11am - 7pm, Sat: 10am - 4pm.
