Procurement Coordinator Job Type: Temporary (12 weeks)

Peterborough (1 day per week in office, rest remote) Salary: £13.42 per hour

Hours:

37 per week, Monday to Friday Join our team as a Procurement Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in managing procurement processes and ensuring efficient order management. This position is ideal for someone with strong IT and communication skills, who thrives in a high-volume work environment. Day-to-day of the role:
Use SAP to raise requisitions and ensure timely conversion of these into purchase orders, adhering to supply chain procedures and processes. Provide guidance and support to the wider business on order management and the entire purchase to pay process. Address invoice queries promptly and in accordance with the in-dispute process where necessary. Ensure that Goods Receipting and Service Entries are completed promptly to facilitate on-time payment of invoices.

Initially, spend the first week at our Huntingdon office for training, then primarily based at our Peterborough office with flexibility to work from home. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Good IT and communication skills. Ability to handle high-volume workloads and meet strict deadlines. Strong customer service skills. Good verbal and numerical reasoning abilities. Capable of maintaining effective control systems. Ideally, some knowledge of SAP, though SAP training will be provided. Strong self-organisational skills. Benefits:
