We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our Operations team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career within administration and operations. You will support the day-to-day running of projects, helping to keep schedules, records, data and communications organised and up to date.
You will work closely with the Head of UK Operations and wider Operations, Delivery, Quality and Finance teams, gaining exposure to project coordination, facilities management and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the Operations team.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating project activities and resources.
- Maintain accurate project schedules, records and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and flag potential delays or issues.
- Assist with workload allocation and operational planning.
- Produce basic reports and planning updates.
- Maintain company systems and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Support project mobilisation, bids and new contract planning.
- Undertake additional administrative duties to support the wider business.
We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and keen to learn.
Previous experience in administration, coordination, scheduling or a similar role would be beneficial, but attitude and willingness to develop are more important.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
