£22,733.90 per annum (£32,477 full‑time equivalent) plus excellent benefits

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an organised, proactive and customer‑focused Digital Learning Administrator to provide high‑quality administrative and operational support across our digital learning and professional development activities.
Working within the Education and Professional Development (EPD) team, you will play a key role in supporting RCPCH Learning, helping to ensure our digital learning platforms, webinars, online events and educational services run smoothly and provide an excellent experience for members, learners, faculty and stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is confident working with digital systems and enjoys providing high‑quality support to a wide range of users. You will work across learning management systems, ePortfolio systems, webinar platforms and website content management systems, while also supporting learner engagement, reporting, communications and service improvement.
Key responsibilities include:- Administering and maintaining digital learning platforms and systems, including learning management, ePortfolio, webinar and website systems
- Ensuring learner records, educational content and system data are accurate, current and securely maintained
- Providing first‑line support to members, learners, faculty and stakeholders, responding promptly and professionally to enquiries
- Supporting the administration of the patient feedback process, including user accounts, event setup, learner records and assessment feedback submissions
- Coordinating webinars, virtual learning events and online courses, including registrations, delegate communications, faculty support and attendance monitoring
- Facilitating online learning events using the College’s virtual delivery and event management platforms
- Producing reports on learner usage, engagement, attendance and completion, and supporting data cleansing and record management
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring learner and organisational data is handled in accordance with GDPR and College policies
- Supporting the development, testing and continuous improvement of digital learning services and systems
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, expenses and other financial administration in line with College procedures
- Supporting procurement activity, including obtaining supplier quotes where required
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and consistently high standards of accuracy
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to understand and resolve complex issues
- Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, together with database applications
- Experience working in a team administration role
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Experience working within an education, training or professional development environment
- Experience using online delegate management systems and learning management systems
- Experience administering ePortfolios, learning management systems, video editing tools or Word Press
- Experience working in the education and/or health sector
