Incredible things happen when we believe in childrenThe West Yorkshire Keyworker Service offers non-clinical support for children and young people (up to the age of 25) who have a learning disability and/or who are autistic and are supported by the Dynamic Support Register. Support is also offered for their families/carers. This includes those who are currently in mental health inpatient settings or are at risk of admission and those at risk of family and residential placement breakdown.
We provide a wide range of high-quality, locally designed services for families in Bradford, Calderdale, Leeds, Kirklees and Wakefield.

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Administrator to lead and coordinate administrative functions across ourWest Yorkshire Keyworker Service and related services. This role will take a lead in Finance and Data and work with our Digital, Media and Engagement Worker to develop Communications which is an essential function of the service and will operate on site at least 2 days a week.
This is a West Yorkshire-wide role within a centralised administration function to support services. Your base location will be agreed upon appointment and will sit across Leeds and Bradford with agreed days of working from home.
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in working with the Programme Manager and Children's Services Manager ensuring services operate efficiently, remain compliant, and continue delivering positive outcomes for families.

About YouWe are looking for a highly organised and motivated administrator who can demonstrate:
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with experience leading a range of administrative functions including front of house, finance, health & safety compliance, reporting, and general office administration.
- Proven experience in referral input, data collation, data entry, auditing, and reporting.
- Being confident in Excel is essential as well as using a range of IT packages such as Power BI.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience and confidence in using social media platforms, analysing engagement, creating publicity materials, and communicating effectively with a wide range of audiences.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
The successful candidate will be:
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- Able to work independently and use initiative to solve problems.
- Committed to delivering excellent administrative services
- Passionate about supporting services that improve outcomes for children, young people, and families.
