Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for supporting services that make a difference in young people's lives?
We are seeking a Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team. Under the guidance of the Office Manager, you will manage all initial front-of-house customer interactions, conveying a caring and respectful attitude to all visitors to the Home. You will be the first point of contact for telephone enquiries and play a key role in supporting the Home's administrative functions. This role is vital in ensuring that our service meets the standards set out in the Children's Homes Regulations, National Minimum Standards, Youth Justice Standards, and Leeds City Council's policies and procedures.

As our next Administration Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Adel Beck Secure Children's Home. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and your work will directly contribute to the care and rehabilitation of young people aged 10-18.
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support, ensuring compliance with national standards and Leeds City Council procedures.
