We are looking for a Business Support Assistant to join our North regional Estates Management team. The role is part time and permanent. You'll be working 28.8 hours (0.8 FTE) per week (exact working pattern to be agreed but will be 4 days per week between Mon - Fri). This is a hybrid role, with time spent between working at home and/or in one of our regional offices (York or Newcastle).

This is a great opportunity for a skilled administrator to join the North regional team, supporting the important conservation work being carried out across our impressive portfolio of sites throughout Northern England.

As a Business Support Assistant, you will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take accurate meeting minutes. You will also assist site teams with the management of external suppliers by planning site visits and annual schedules, processing invoices and monitoring contractor/supplier performance. You will also help to monitor progress of essential works across the the team.

To be considered as a Business Support Assistant, you'll need:

  • Experience coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
  • Experience of working with financial information and budgets.
  • The ability to multi-task, manage own workload and prioritise accordingly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite.
