Do you have experience within the Travel Industry, or a degree in Travel & Tourism and looking for that first role in Travel? Do you have a good level of admin skills? Most importantly, do you have a interest / passion for motorsports / F1? Look no further! We are working with a London based Travel company, who specialise in Motorsport / F1 Travel & Hospitality packages.
They are looking for an Administrator / Operations Executive to join their small team. You will be working alongside the Operations Manager, ensuring that every client has the greatest experience possible.
- Providing Operational / Admin duties & support, including the below -
- Organise airport transfers
- Organise hotel rooming lists and invoices
- Organise circuit transfers
- Ticket seating allocation and issuing
- Manage the final instructions for clients
- Deliver pre-tour briefings with guides
- Must have Travel and Tourism background or degree
- Must be organised, proactive and flexible
- Passion for Formula One (F1) and travel
- A high attention to detail showing accurate grammar and numerical skills
- Experience of working with Microsoft applications and able to pick up new systems easily (Basic/working knowledge of MS Excel is required).
- Confident when speaking with suppliers
- Previous administration experience gained within the travel sector a bonus.
- Be obsessive about our customers and the service we give them in order to enhance their enjoyment of our holidays
- Ability to prioritise workload and show a high level of urgency.
- Shows flexibility, quick thinking and a highly organized approach
- Enthusiasm, motivated and a passion to deliver excellent service with a 'can do' attitude
- A willingness to learn, and grow with the company
- Competitive salary (Circa £27,000)
- Hybrid working (office based in SW London)
- Annual familiarisation trip (Year 1 - European F1 event, thereafter - RoW)
