  • Coordinating appointments between residents and property inspectors.
  • Submitting requests for property inspections, gas safety checks and electrical safety checks.
  • Liaising with residents, inspectors and internal teams.
  • Preparing deed of assignment paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date administrative records.
  • Supporting the wider Housing Choices team with general administration.

  • Organised and confident coordinating appointments, documentation and processes.
  • Previous housing or mutual exchange experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
What's on Offer
  • £18-£19 per hour, Umbrella.
  • Initial 3-month temporary contract
    , with potential for extension.
  • Office-based training in Plymouth initially, moving to flexible hybrid working thereafter.
  • Opportunity to work within a large and established housing organisation.
  • Potential for the role to be extended as longer-term resource requirements are reviewed.
