About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Catering Operations Assistant to support their fully remote catering management team. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of daily operations, assisting with client communication, order processing, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks. You will play a key part in ensuring that all client requirements are met efficiently and accurately, contributing to the overall success of our client's virtual and remote catering services.

Key Responsibilities Assist in processing catering orders, ensuring all details are captured accurately. Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of food and supplies. Communicate effectively with clients regarding order confirmations, updates, and inquiries. Maintain and update operational records, databases, and client information. Support the operations team in resolving any logistical issues or client concerns. Prepare reports on operational efficiency and client feedback.

Requirements Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in catering or hospitality. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience with CRM or order management software. Effective verbal and written communication skills for remote interaction. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proactive approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
