Location:
Diss, Norfolk
Salary: 26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract:
Temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent
Hours:
8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Working Pattern:
Hybrid - 1 day working from home per week
Atkinson Moss are pleased to be recruiting for a Business Support Coordinator to join a busy team based in Diss.
This is a varied administrative role supporting a number of different areas of the business. You'll be responsible for keeping documentation and records up to date, coordinating information between teams, assisting with reporting and helping ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Providing general administrative support across Operations, Compliance, Health & Safety and Business Development
- Processing timesheets, documentation and operational records
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and other business documentation
- Assisting with invoicing and monthly administrative processes
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date
- Coordinating training, certification and compliance documentation
- Supporting audits and preparing relevant paperwork
- Assisting with client onboarding and registration processes
- Producing regular management and operational reports
- Managing supplier documentation and due diligence processes
- Formatting and proofreading presentations, proposals, reports and tenders Arranging travel and accommodation when required
Supporting visa applications and general employee administration
Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Managing incoming correspondence and arranging couriers
Supporting stock and equipment administration
Helping to identify and implement improvements to processes and systems
We're looking for an experienced administrator who is organised, proactive and enjoys working across a varied workload.
- Previous experience within an administration or business support role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and working with spreadsheets
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A professional and approachable manner
- The confidence to work independently while also supporting a wider team
- A proactive approach to improving processes and ways of working
