• Prepare and manage shipping labels, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
• Assist in coordinating transportation arrangements and tracking shipments.
• Respond to inquiries regarding shipment status and logistics information in a timely manner.

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within logistics or supply chain.
• Strong data entry skills and proficiency with office software, particularly MS Excel.
