About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organized and efficient Remote Retail Operations Coordinator to support their retail network, working from Paarl. This fully remote role is essential for streamlining operational processes, managing inventory data, and ensuring seamless communication between different departments and retail locations. You will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency of our retail operations, from inventory management and supply chain coordination to reporting and system support.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and organizational skills, capable of managing tasks effectively from a remote workspace.
- Coordinate inventory management processes, including tracking stock levels, processing orders, and managing transfers.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain and update operational databases and provide regular reports on key metrics.
- Support retail staff with operational queries and ensure adherence to company procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of new operational policies and procedures.
- Manage administrative tasks related to store operations and supply chain efficiency.
- Proven experience in retail operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant diploma or degree is advantageous.
