Main duties of the jobThe posts will cover a range of administrative duties, predominately data input, photocopying, telephone answering, monitoring of generic/personal email accounts, scheduling of appointments, pulling patient records. Experience working on Rio. Welcoming visitors.

Qualifications- GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
- Experience of using word processing packages
- Experience in a similar administrative/business support role
- Experience working in the NHS or public sector.
- Knowledge of database input, producing standard reports
- Knowledge of electronic patient information systems, Ability to input accurately
- Good organisation skills
- IT skills including word, excel and outlook
- Ability to work as part of a Team
- Flexible approach to workload and location
- Flexibility to cover out of hours
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to undertake training as required
