Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Project Administrator Assistant for well established company based Inchinnan, Renfrewshire. Due to the location it is an advantage to have your own transport.
Hours of workMonday to Thursday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm, Friday 8.30 am – 3.30 pm (30 minute lunch)
Hybrid workingAfter successful completion of probation, 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.
Job PurposeSupport the day-to-day running of Order & Project Management department with a focus on Customer Certification.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure work is completed in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Project Management department to help maintain continuity of work.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety, environmental and quality procedures to support a safe and effective working environment.
- Process customer certification requests accurately
- Manage retrospective certification requests and provide certification support for overseas customers.
- Enter project sales order information accurately into the ERP system.
- Prepare customer project documentation, including packing lists.
- Support the Project Coordinator with day-to-day project administration.
- Take meeting minutes and share actions with the relevant team members.
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider Project Management team as required.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Previous administration or office experience.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- An interest in project management or business operations.
