Junior Management Assistant - Entry Level

Entry-level role for recent matriculant/graduate/first career professional, to be trained as Jnr Management Assistant for global Logistics company. This is STRICTLY an entry level position.

• Young, very well presented & professional
• FULLY bilingual & FULLY proficient in Afrikaans and English A MUST (Not basic proficiency)
• High confidence with impeccable corporate styling
• Elite level of personal presentation, corporate poise and maturity
• Able to travel locally and internationally at short notice
• Committed to learn business (full training provided)
• Willing and able to attend 2-4 weeks intensive hands-on training in Durban (accommodation provided), before transitioning to remote working structure
• Self-disciplined with good time management skills in order to work remotely (Company will provide support and equipment)
• Preference to candidates who already have uncapped fibre internet at home
• Able to work with a diverse workforce
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Willing to commit to long term employment
• To start as soon as possible

• Provide assistance to Managing Director of global Logistics company, while providing admin and front-facing support to senior staff members
• Accompany management to meetings with existing and prospective clients

Salary: R 10 000 gross starting salary
