Working hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Working model: Fully Remote - laptop provided (to be collected on first day)

Hourly pay rate: £15.20 per hour + holiday pay

Duration: 2 months

Our client is a well-established organisation in the healthcare and publishing sector is looking for a Data Administrator to join its busy and dynamic team.

They are looking for a team player who takes a proactive, critical and highly detailed approach to work.

• Working independently, navigating and reporting on websites and data paths
• Gathering and preparing relevant data to use in analytic applications
• Carrying out in-depth research and data mining.
• Report findings
• Communicate recommendations based on findings to your supervisor, other teams and senior staff
• Ad-hoc support of the Project Manager
• Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
• Retrieving data as requested
• Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
• Generating periodic reports
• Extensive use of Excel

• Excellent attention to detail
• Outgoing personality, used to working unsupervised.
• Strong communication skills (both Verbal and Written).
• Patient, can manage stressful situations without losing his/her sense of priority.
• Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously
• Excellent data and website manipulation
• Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
