We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our database systems, ensuring data integrity and maintaining efficient operations.

• Accurately input data into designated databases or spreadsheets, following established guidelines and procedures.
• Verify data for accuracy and consistency, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintain data confidentiality and security in accordance with company policies.
• Organize and maintain data files in a structured and easily accessible manner.
• Contribute to process improvement by suggesting ways to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy.

• Strong typing skills and ability to input data accurately at a high speed.
• Proficiency in using computers and data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of data entry procedures and quality control measures.
