We are a Singapore-based corporate services provider supporting local and international clients in corporate administration, accounting, compliance and related business services.
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative & Corporate Services Assistant to support our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
- Assist with the preparation, organisation and maintenance of corporate and client documents.
- Support routine corporate secretarial and compliance-related administrative matters, including document preparation, filing coordination and record maintenance.
- Assist with basic accounting administration, including organising invoices, receipts, payment records and supporting documents for bookkeeping.
- Liaise with clients and follow up on outstanding documents, information and administrative matters.
- Assist with quotations, invoices, engagement documents and general business correspondence.
- Maintain proper electronic filing and internal records.
- Coordinate with accountants, corporate secretarial personnel and other professional service providers where required.
- Perform other reasonable administrative and operational duties relating to the Company's corporate services business.
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in administration, accounting support, corporate services or other professional services environments.
- Previous experience working with a Corporate Service Provider (CSP), accounting firm or corporate secretarial firm will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, as the role involves regular communication and correspondence with English- and Chinese-speaking clients.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu will be an additional advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and comfortable working with electronic documents and online systems.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Responsible and professional when handling confidential client and corporate information.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements.
A flexible / hybrid working arrangement, including work-from-home arrangements, may be available depending on the employee's responsibilities and operational requirements. Attendance at the office or client meetings may be required from time to time.
For part-time candidates, working days and hours can be discussed based on mutual availability and business requirements.
