Learning & Development Administrator £27,500 FTE (£21,000 Pro Rata) 28 Hours Per Week Fixed-Term Contract Until December 2027 Primarily Home-Based | Occasional Travel to Newcastle-under-Lyme Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator with experience supporting training, learning, HR or compliance activities? We're recruiting for a Learning & Development Administrator to join an established and people-focused organisation on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

The Role As Learning & Development Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the organisation's training and development activity, ensuring learning programmes run smoothly and compliance records remain accurate and up to date. Working closely with employees, managers and external providers, you'll coordinate training events, maintain learning records, produce reports and support users with learning systems and processes. This is a varied position that combines administration, stakeholder engagement, reporting and systems management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate training courses, workshops and learning activities. Monitor mandatory training completion and compliance levels. Maintain accurate learning records and employee training data. Produce reports and analyse information using Excel. Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS). Provide first-line support for training and e-learning queries. Organise training events and liaise with external trainers. Raise purchase orders and complete associated administration.

Support onboarding, inductions and wider development initiatives. Build positive relationships with colleagues across the organisation. About You Previous experience within Learning & Development, HR, Training Administration or a similar coordination role. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience managing data, records and reporting. Able to prioritise workload and work independently.
