Administrative Assistant Remote

Dallas Power Sports is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support our dealership’s day-to-day operations. This position will assist with customer communications, sales administration, vehicle paperwork, scheduling, and general office support.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms
• Assist with sales paperwork, invoices, purchase documents, and customer records
• Schedule appointments, deliveries, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate digital files and dealership records
• Coordinate with sales and management teams
• Enter and update customer and vehicle information
• Assist with online listings and basic administrative tasks
• Provide professional and timely customer service

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and online systems
• Previous administrative, automotive, powersports, or customer service experience preferred
