Commercial collections and judgment enforcement. Position includes the following roles:
- Filing and managing post-judgment enforcements including bank garnishments, wage garnishments, levies, executions, writs of bodily attachment, etc.
- Calendaring hearings and deadlines
- Review bankruptcy dockets on Pacer and file proof of claims.
Compensation will be $24-$25 per hour plus 2 weeks paid time off and benefits.
New York judgment enforcement experience is a plus.
