Intake Project Coordinator

Monthly Pay: $10,300 - $11,500 USD per month

Take a policyholder coverage-change request from intake through assignment, status tracking, and documented handoff to the service team. This fully remote, New York-based contract role coordinates incoming work across agencies, carrier contacts, and operations.

• Log policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and agency requests in the intake queue.
• Review submissions for forms, policy numbers, and documents before routing.
• Create task timelines, assign owners, and monitor workspace milestones.
• Send status updates and flag missing information or delayed responses.
• Maintain trackers, handoff notes, and completion records for service requests.

• Familiarity with intake queues, task trackers, or ticketing tools gained through school or work.
• Ability to learn policy numbers, coverage terms, and endorsement requests.
• Comfort coordinating priorities across open requests in a remote setting.
• Clear written updates for agencies, carrier contacts, and service partners.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and shared-document tools.
• Reliable follow-through when verifying request details and recording next steps.
