Support Coordinator – Cruise & Travel

Purfleet, Essex – Hybrid Salary: £26,540 per annum

Hours:

09:00 – 17:30 Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 Hybrid: 2 days working from home Driving Licence:
Essential Ready for an exciting career in the cruise industry? All Talent Solutions is recruiting a Support Coordinator to join a leading cruise company based at its Head Office in Purfleet. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, confident, proactive and great with people . You don't necessarily need previous cruise experience. We are looking for someone with strong administration and coordination skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and wants to be part of an exciting industry.

The Role As Support Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support, helping the team deliver a smooth and efficient operation. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing general administrative and coordination support Managing emails, documentation, schedules and internal information Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders Supporting the team with day-to-day operational requirements Helping coordinate activities when ships are arriving or departing Keeping records and information accurate and up to date Following up actions and ensuring deadlines are met Supporting projects and other operational requirements Providing a professional and helpful service at all times What We're Looking For We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Previous administration, coordination or office support experience Excellent organisation and time-management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Confidence dealing with different people and departments Strong attention to detail Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office The ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload A positive, flexible and proactive approach The ability to work well as part of a team

Experience with in travel, cruise, hospitality, events or customer service would be an advantage, but isn't essential. Important Due to the nature of cruise operations, this isn't always a standard Monday-to-Friday position. You will work 5 days out of 7 , normally 09:00 – 17:30 , and some weekend working may be required when ships are in dock. Candidates must:
