Insurish a leading insurance company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules for our team members, ensuring that appointments are set efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate schedules for team members
- Ensure appointments are set accurately and efficiently
- Communicate schedule changes and updates to team members in a timely manner
- Work closely with team leads to prioritize appointments and meetings
- Monitor and track team members' availability and time off
- Assist with scheduling logistics and coordinating resources as needed
- Provide administrative support as necessary
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
