We are looking for an organized individual who is able to handle all things administrative and coordinate between our clients, underwriters, and sales representatives. AKGI PTE. PositionPart-Time Admin Executive, Permanent Position, WFH.
Pay: $15 / hr.
Location:
Work from your own home after the first 4 weeks of training.
Training location:
Sengkang Compassvale, Home Office (4 weeks of training).
5-day work week - Monday to Friday, excluding PH.
Time1 pm to 5 pm, 4 hours. (Fixed Hours)
Job ScopePrepare documents and coordinate with clients.
Coordinate with our underwriters for quotations.
Provide general administrative support.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Good in record tracking and keeping.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Annual leave.
