Junior Supplier Compliance Administrator – Johannesburg.

An established compliance services organisation requires a Junior Supplier Compliance Administrator to provide administrative support throughout the B-BBEE supplier-management process.

The position involves engaging suppliers, collecting valid B-BBEE certificates and affidavits, conducting basic compliance checks, and capturing verified information on internal digital document-management systems.

The successful candidate must be accurate, organised and comfortable managing repetitive, high-volume tasks independently within a remote working environment.

Remote (Suitable for candidates based in Gauteng).

Salary: R13 000 to R15 000 per month CTC.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification
  • 1–2 Years’ experience in administration, data capturing, supplier compliance, procurement support or document control
  • Basic understanding of B-BBEE documentation, including EME affidavits, QSE affidavits and verification certificates, would be advantageous
  • Experience conducting outbound calls and communicating with suppliers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Stable fibre internet connection and a suitable, quiet home workspace
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and information integrity
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and remain productive without direct supervision
  • Able to follow structured compliance processes and meet daily productivity targets
  • Willingness to develop technical knowledge of B-BBEE requirements
  • Patient, reliable and self-disciplined approach to repetitive and high-volume work
  • Able to explain documentation requirements clearly and professionally
  • Strong ownership of assigned tasks and follow-ups
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Contact suppliers telephonically and by email to request updated B-BBEE certificates or affidavits
  • Source missing or outdated supplier contact information where required
  • Perform basic supplier entity checks using CIPC and SARS VAT verification tools
  • Review documentation for completeness, validity, expiry dates and alignment with applicable B-BBEE requirements
  • Identify incomplete, expired, invalid or inconsistent documentation
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding outstanding or incorrect information
  • Capture verified supplier information accurately on internal systems
  • Upload certificates, affidavits and supporting documents to the internal B-BBEE certificate repository
  • Maintain complete, accurate and traceable digital supplier records
  • Communicate professionally with suppliers across different organisational levels
  • Escalate complex, questionable or non-compliant documentation to senior team members
  • Maintain productivity, accuracy and an organised workflow while working remotely
  • Ensure supplier documentation remains current and ready for compliance reviews or audits
