Philanthropy Operations Associate

Position: Philanthropy Operations Associate Hybrid Role
Elevate donor experiences with our Philanthropy Operations team as a Philanthropy Operations Associate in a hybrid work model. Facilitate the Gratitude Award Program and enhance donor recognition initiatives.

This full-time contract role supports donor engagement and recognition efforts at The Ottawa Hospital Foundation. You will coordinate and enhance the Gratitude Award Program, collaborating with marketing teams and hospital partners to promote recognition initiatives. Attention to detail and excellent project management skills will make a profound impact on the donor experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Gratitude Award Program and related activities

• Collaborate with marketing and hospital partners to promote programs

• Provide administrative support to the donor recognition team

• Assist with donor engagement activities and initiatives

• Deliver front-facing reception coverage during shifts

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in administration and project coordination

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge is an asset

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
