** Position Highlights
** The Senior Marketing & Promotions Coordinator is an integral member of the Marketing and Communication Department at Saunders College of Business position reports directly to the director of marketing and communications. This is an on campus position although there are currently flexible work options that do allow some remote work days.
** Essential
Duties & Responsibilities
*** Supports the day-to-day operations of the department through administrative tasks including scheduling, sending/updating calendar invites and conference calls, preparing meeting and presentation materials, and providing customer service
* Maintains department websites and updates website content as needed
* Coordinates the printing of publications and marketing materials using on-and off-campus vendors
* Monitors, tracks, and assesses marketing success, through data collection and analysis
* Performs market research to support campaigns, projects, and initiatives
* Ensures the proper documentation, organization, and maintenance of project documents and files
* Other duties as assigned
** Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
*** Knowledge of administrative procedures and practices
* Knowledge of communications and marketing strategies
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis and use data to influence decision making
* Skill in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
** Minimum Education & Experience
*** Bachelor's degree in related field
* 5 years of relevant experience
* Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
