Remote Insurance Policy Administrator

Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Insurance Policy Administrator to manage policy lifecycle processes from inception to renewal. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, and ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and compliantly. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our policy management systems, supporting both our clients and our internal teams effectively.

• Process new insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Verify policy information and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain and update policyholder records in the company's database systems.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and internal departments regarding policy details and status.
• Generate policy documents and related correspondence for distribution.
• Assist with audits and ensure all policy documentation is organized and readily accessible.

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance policy administration processes.
