  • Monitoring service timescales and statutory deadlines.
  • Coordinating meetings, consultations and events, including preparing documentation and taking minutes where required.
  • Producing reports, spreadsheets, letters and other documentation using Microsoft Office and specialist systems.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, schools, families and partner agencies to support effective service delivery.
About You

  • Experience of maintaining accurate records and data systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet statutory deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • The ability to build effective working relationships with partners and professionals.
  • Experience of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
