Techmation Electric & Controls is currently seeking a Office Administrator for our Whitecourt branch. Previous administrative experience working within an industrial construction organization would be considered an asset. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in an administrative role.
Job Responsibilities:
coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
working with administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
provide ongoing discussion with district managers to better improve office efficiency and KPI's
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Process invoices
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Prepare Client pre-qualifications, RFI's, EOI's and RFP's
Responsible for understanding purchasing procedures and requirements in order to support and assist as needed
Filing
Schedule employee orientations and safety training
Assist management as required
Inventory tracking and reporting
Coordinate business development events, such as Christmas parties, golf tournaments, customer appreciation, etc
Candidates must have:
Minimum of 2 year experience in office administration role
Excellent computer skills, specifically with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), One Drive, Teams, Outlook, Forms
Knowledge of Bluebeam and Adobe
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy is a must
Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective verbal and listening communication skills with a willingness to learn
