Administration Officer

Community Pharmacy Norfolk & Suffolk (CPNS) is looking for an organised, reliable Administration Officer to support our team and committee.

CPNS represents community pharmacy contractors across Norfolk and Suffolk, supporting pharmacies and working with partners to strengthen their contribution to local healthcare.

This varied role includes coordinating meetings and events, preparing newsletters and website updates, maintaining contact lists and records, monitoring our shared mailbox, and supporting minute-taking and action tracking.

Hours: 20 hours per week
Salary: £16,000–£18,000 per annum for 20 hours, depending on experience
Location: Home working, with monthly in-person attendance in Diss and occasional agreed visits or events.

We welcome applications from people with administrative or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, good attention to detail and confidence using everyday digital tools. Previous community pharmacy experience is not essential. Training and induction support will be provided.

We offer flexible working arrangements, equipment for home working, a NEST workplace pension, 4.5 weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata, and up to two weeks’ enhanced sick pay following completion of probation.
