The successful candidate will provide administrative support with recruitment processes, appointment scheduling, and liaising with external media companies. You will also be communicating with older members of the public over the phone, so a friendly, patient, and professional telephone manner is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing general administrative support to the team.
* Following up on recruitment processes and ensuring actions are completed in a timely manner.
* Booking and coordinating appointments.
* Liaising with external media companies and maintaining effective communication.
* Making telephone calls to older members of the public in a friendly, patient, and professional manner.
* Keeping records and administrative information accurate and up to date.
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks as required.
About You
* Previous administration experience is desirable.
* Confident using IT systems and standard office software.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
* Friendly, approachable, and patient when speaking with members of the public.
* Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing working hours and business needs.
Working Hours & Location
This is a flexible opportunity offering approximately 20 hours per week up to full-time hours, depending on availability and business requirements.
The role will involve a combination of office-based and home working. Office attendance is preferred, particularly initially, to build relationships with the team and become familiar with the business.
If you are an organised administrator with excellent communication skills and are looking for a flexible temporary opportunity, we would love to hear from you
