Key Responsibilities:

• Organize schedules, correspondence, and reports for the VP

• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning

• Manage incoming communications and assist clients at the market office

• Prepare documents, presentations, and databases as needed

• Handle expense claims and monthly audit reconciliations

Requirements:

• Three years of relevant administrative experience

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
